随着中考日益逼近,学生在考试前会感到极大焦虑,这是十分普遍的现象。虽然适度的紧张可以促进内分泌活动,激发大脑潜力,但过度的紧张就可能产生神经紊乱,严重时会出现心跳加速、头昏目眩、恶心呕吐、盗汗和失眠等症状,因此,帮助孩子减轻考前的紧张、焦虑,对轻轻松松迎考显得极为重要。通常情况下,孩子要参加考试,最焦虑、紧张的反而是家长。在这种情况下,如处理不当,家长溢于言表的焦虑,将使整个家庭被考试的紧张氛围所笼罩,这样的环境对孩子迎考极为不利。因此,家长们应该注意以下几点:一、制定作息时间。尽管考前分秒必争,但大脑需要休息,精力充沛才能充分发挥其潜能。家长应敦促孩子按时休息,并进行适当的体育锻炼,加强血液循环,保持旺盛精力,才能收到事半功倍的效果。
