针对现阶段逐渐增多的废旧沥青混合料,从保护环境和节约资源的角度,引入了废旧沥青混合料的再生技术。在分析沥青混合料老化机理和再生机理的基础上,提出了再生沥青混合料配合比设计方法,然后将该技术结合实际工程加以应用。通过对废旧沥青混合料再生过程中的配合比应用分析,结果表明,废旧沥青混合料经过再生后各项性能指标均能达到普通沥青混合料的性能标准,完全可以继续重新使用,实现了废旧混合料的有效利用和节约成本,是实现沥青混凝土路面可持续发展的一个行之有效的方法。
In view of the gradual increase of waste asphalt mixture at this stage, from the perspective of protecting the environment and saving resources, the recycling technology of waste asphalt mixture is introduced. Based on the analysis of aging mechanism and regeneration mechanism of asphalt mixture, the design method of mixture ratio of recycled asphalt mixture was put forward, and then the technology was applied to practical engineering. Through the analysis of the mix proportion of the waste asphalt mixture regeneration process, the results show that all the performance indexes of the waste asphalt mixture after regeneration can reach the performance standard of common asphalt mixture, can continue to reuse, to achieve the waste mix The effective use of materials and cost savings, is to achieve sustainable development of asphalt concrete pavement an effective way.
