目的:观察手机应用程序(APP)在人工流产后服务中的应用。方法:选择行人工流产妇女338例,随机分为APP组和常规组。APP组183例,采用手机APP定期推送体检、关爱提醒、健康监测及教育等信息;常规组155例,予以常规人工流产后服务。比较两组患者健康知识掌握情况、性功能和心理状况及来院检查次数。结果:APP组总体健康知识掌握率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);APP组术后性功能恢复和心理状况均好于常规组,来院检查次数多于常规组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:利用手机APP构建人工流产后服务平台可提高患者健康知识掌握率,改善其心理状况。
Objective: To observe the application of mobile application (APP) in post-abortion services. Methods: 338 cases of abortion women were randomly divided into APP group and routine group. In the APP group, 183 cases were regularly sent physical examination, care reminder, health monitoring and education information by using mobile phone APP. Conventional group included 155 cases and were routine abortion service. Compare the two groups of patients to grasp the health knowledge, sexual function and psychological status and to check the number of hospital. Results: The mastery rate of general health knowledge in APP group was higher than that in routine group (P <0.05). The recovery of sexual function and mental status in APP group were better than those in routine group <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: The construction of artificial abortion service platform using mobile APP can improve the patient's health knowledge and improve their psychological status.
