目前,各地都推行了精密铸造的新工艺,而且不少厂矿已开始大量生产,在精密铸造过程中,氯化铵(NH_4Cl)被普遍用作硬化剂和处理水玻璃,由于用量多,使市面上氯化铵供应不足,有的企业甚至因此停工,影响了生产,我厂也曾遇到这种情视,所以领导上再三要求我们找出一种代用品。在党的号召和群众的支持下我们终于用盐酸代替氯化铵处理水玻璃成功,从使用情况看来,用盐酸处理与用氯化铵处理的结果几乎没有差别,并且还有些为氯化铵所不及的优点,现介绍如下:
