本工作用~(60)Coγ射线辐照中浓度丙烯酸水溶液制备交联型聚丙烯酸,研究辐照剂量、剂量率、单体浓度、添加剂等对聚合-交联反应的影响,测定了聚丙烯酸(盐)的吸水性、溶胀度及对其他离子的吸附能力。实验结果表明,当剂量率在1×10~2-2×10~3Gy/h范围内,本体系的聚合-交联反应主要受辐照剂量控制。辐照60%丙烯酸水溶液时,其凝胶剂量为62Gy。在同一辐照剂量下,凝胶含量随着单体浓度的增加而增加。当辐照剂量为3×10~3Gy、单体浓度为70%时,凝胶含量可达79.2%。用本方法制备的交联型聚丙烯酸(盐)有较好的溶胀能力及吸水性,尤其是当凝胶量为20%时,其吸水率可高达千倍以上,因而可望成为超吸水材料
In this work, crosslinked polyacrylic acid was prepared by concentration of acrylic acid aqueous solution with ~ (60) Coγ-ray irradiation. The effects of irradiation dose, dose rate, monomer concentration and additives on the polymerization-crosslinking reaction were studied.
