24小时脑电实时记录仪,应用于癲痫及脑梗塞、脑外伤等50例检测与EEG对比分析,结果在临床确诊为癲痫发作13例中,动态脑电图(AEEG)呈痫样放电11例,检出率为84.62%,与EEG 1例检出看样放电(7.69%)相比,P<0.01’有高度显著差异。在可疑癫痫18例病例中,AEEG痫样放电14例,检出率为77.78%,与EEG 3例中检主病样放电(16.7%)相比,P<0.01,有高度显著差异。AEEG比EEG更易发现痫样放电,提高癫痫之诊断,与国外报导相近似。观察中其额,中颞部痫样放电较多,与文献报导一致。
