目的 研究中药复方制剂活血通脉片 (HXTMT)对SD大鼠急性血瘀证的影响 .方法 用 HXTMT混悬液给予SD大鼠灌胃 1wk,第 7日同时对大鼠皮下注射 2次 1g·L- 1 肾上腺素 0 .2 m L ,其间进行 1次寒冷刺激 (冰水 ,0℃ ) 5min,于第 8日晨复制成血瘀实验模型 ,并采血测定血液流变学各指标 .结果 HXTMT能明显降低全血粘度 (ηb)、血浆粘度 (ηp)、纤维蛋白原 (Fib) (P<0 .0 1)及红细胞比容 (HCT) (P<0 .0 5 ) ;缩短红细胞电泳时间 (EET) (P<0 .0 5 ) ,提高红细胞电泳率 (EEM) (P<0 .0 1) ;亦能明显增强红细胞变形性 (DI)(P<0 .0 5 ) ,降低红细胞聚集指数 (AI) (P<0 .0 1) .结论 HXTMT具有改善血液流变性作用 ,能防治高粘血症和缺血性心脏病
Objective To study the effect of HuXueTongTai Tablet (HXTMT), a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, on the acute blood stasis syndrome in SD rats.Methods HXTMT suspension was given to SD rats for 1wk, and on the 7th day, rats were injected subcutaneously twice with 1g. L-1 adrenaline 0.2 m L, during which a cold stimulation (ice water, 0°C) was performed for 5 min. On the morning of the 8th day, an experimental model of blood stasis was reproduced, and blood was collected to measure each index of hemorheology. Results HXTMT Can significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity (ηb), plasma viscosity (ηp), fibrinogen (Fib) (P <0.01) and hematocrit (HCT) (P <0.05); shorten the red blood cell electrophoresis time (EET) (P<0.05), increased Erythrocyte Electrophoresis Rate (EEM) (P<0.01); also significantly increased red cell deformability (DI) (P<0.05), decreased red blood cell aggregation Index (AI) (P < 0.01). Conclusion HXTMT can improve blood rheology and prevent hyperviscosity and ischemic heart disease.
