二氧化碳重复呼吸法(CO_2rb)测定心排血量是无创测定心脏功能的一种方法,它既可以用于静态测定,更适合于运动状态下的监测。我们应用此方法初步观察了41个正常人在静态及运动状态下的心排血量,结果表明,大多数受试者的静态心排血量(CO)和每搏血量(SV)均正常,随着负荷的增加,CO、SV和HR也相应增加,但当负荷达一定水平时,CO的增加则主要靠心率的增加来完成。我们认为,CO_2rb可行、简便、无创,但在强运动时测定,受试者不易耐受。
Carbon dioxide repeated respiration (CO 2 rb) determination of cardiac output is a noninvasive method of determining cardiac function, which can be used for static measurement, more suitable for monitoring exercise. We applied this method to preliminary observation of cardiac output in 41 normal subjects under static and exercise conditions. The results showed that most of the subjects had normal cardiac output (CO) and stroke volume (SV) , With the increase of load, CO, SV and HR also increased correspondingly. However, when the load reaches a certain level, the increase of CO mainly depends on the increase of heart rate. In our opinion, CO_2rb is feasible, simple and noninvasive, but it is not easy to tolerate when measured in strong exercise.
