目的探讨莱菔承气汤对胃大部切除术后大鼠胃肠功能恢复的影响及其机制。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为模型组、治疗组和假手术组,每组10只。术后24 h,治疗组灌胃莱菔承气汤(5 g/kg),假手术组和模型组灌服等体积生理盐水(10 ml/kg),给药21天。观察各组大鼠平均进食量和体质量、尿D-木糖和血清瘦素水平变化。结果 1治疗组和假手术组日平均进食量和体质量较模型组明显增加(P<0.05)。2治疗组和假手术组大鼠尿D-木糖含量较模型组增加(P<0.05),血清瘦素含量均较模型组降低(P<0.05)。结论莱菔承气汤可促进胃大部切除术后大鼠胃肠功能的恢复,其机制与改善胃肠吸收功能和降低血清瘦素水平有关。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Laihu Chengqi Decoction on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in rats after subtotal gastrectomy. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into model group, treatment group and sham operation group, with 10 rats in each group. At 24 hours after operation, the treatment group was given laitang qiqi decoction (5 g / kg), and the sham operation group and model group were given an equal volume of normal saline (10 ml / kg) for 21 days. The average food intake and body weight, urine D-xylose and serum leptin levels were observed. Results 1 The average daily food intake and body weight of the treatment group and the sham operation group were significantly higher than those of the model group (P <0.05). Urine D-xylose content in the treatment group and sham operation group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P <0.05), serum leptin level was lower than the model group (P <0.05). Conclusions “Breathing Decoction” can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in rats after subtotal gastrectomy. The mechanism is related to the improvement of gastrointestinal absorption and the reduction of serum leptin level.
