目的:探讨左乙拉西坦(Lev)单药治疗儿童良性癫痫伴中央颞区棘波(BECT)的疗效。方法:39例确诊为BECT的患儿,给予Lev单药治疗,剂量20～60mg.kg-1.d-1。结果:39例中38例随访3个月～1年9月,失访1例,38例中完全控制31例,显效1例,有效3例,无效2例,加重1例。结论:Lev单药治疗BECT疗效显著,不良反应少,且对抑制癫痫性电活动有一定的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Lev monotherapy in the treatment of benign epilepsy with central temporal spikes (BECT) in children. Methods: Thirty-nine children diagnosed with BECT were treated with Lev monotherapy at a dose of 20-60 mg.kg-1.d-1. Results: Of the 39 cases, 38 were followed up for 3 months to 1 year and were followed up for 1 month. Among the 38 cases, 31 cases were completely controlled. One case was markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective and 1 case was aggravated. Conclusion: Lev monotherapy for the treatment of BECT has significant curative effect, less adverse reactions, and has some curative effect on inhibiting epileptic electrical activity.
