细胞替代治疗是重建受损神经系统的组织结构,恢复神经系统功能的一种有效策略。以往人们把细胞替代的研究重点放在胎脑细胞移植上,而且在治疗神经系统外伤和变性疾病的研究中获得了成功的经验,但是供体细胞来源的有限性及使用人体胚胎所面临的伦理道德的争议限制了它在临床治疗中的进一步应用。神经干细胞研究的发展为神经系统疾病的细胞替代治疗提供了一种新的途径。本文在总结细胞替代策略已有成果的基础上,着重对神经干细胞在细胞替代治疗方面的特点进行综述。
Cell replacement therapy is an effective strategy to reconstruct the tissue structure of damaged nervous system and restore the function of nervous system. In the past, research on cell replacement has been focused on fetal brain cell transplantation, and successful experience has been obtained in the study of the treatment of traumatic and degenerative diseases of the nervous system. However, the limited source of donor cells and the ethics of using human embryos Moral controversy limits its further application in clinical treatment. The development of neural stem cell research provides a new way for cell replacement therapy of nervous system diseases. This article summarizes the existing results of cell replacement strategies, focusing on the characteristics of neural stem cells in cell replacement therapy are reviewed.
