Objective: To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of glomus tumor at the nail bed of the finger. Methods: The course and therapeutic outcome of 12 cases of glomus tumor which were resected and confirmed by histology examination were analyzed. Results: All cases were followed up for six months up to 2 years, no recurrences were observed, the shape of the nail was normal.
