在高压气井中进行液压不压井作业(HWO)存在许多常规问题,包括控制防喷器的环境、选择合适橡胶材料、防止水合物形成等。新的作业技术可以解决此类问题,保证人员设备安全。 用于减小气井液压不压井作业危险性的安全方法已经开发出来。这类作业中,工作环境对操作人员极为危险,而且设备运行条件极差,常见问题有: (1)防喷器组上部的工作环境危险。 (2)含气负压井中,管柱下入井筒时,很难密封,气体易泄漏,防喷器和密封件会很快失效。 (3)含水气体在井中形成水合物。 用一种无害流体通过防喷器连续循环,形成对设备和操作人员较安全、危害小的环境。该论文提出控制防喷器环境、选择合适橡胶材料、防止水合物形成的方法,能减少设备设计和维修费用,并延长其使用寿命。
There are many common problems with hydraulic kill operations (HWO) in high pressure gas wells, including controlling the blowout preventer’s environment, choosing the right rubber material, preventing hydrate formation, and the like. New operating techniques can solve such problems and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. Safety methods have been developed for reducing the risk of gas well non-well operations. In such operations, the working environment is extremely dangerous to the operator and the equipment is in very poor operating conditions. The common problems are: (1) The working environment in the upper part of the BOP stack is dangerous. (2) In a gas-bearing negative pressure well, when the pipe string enters the wellbore, it is difficult to seal and the gas leaks easily, and the blowout preventer and the seal will fail quickly. (3) Aqueous gas forms hydrates in the well. Continuous circulation through a blowout preventer with a harmless fluid forms an environment that is safer and less harmful to equipment and operators. The paper proposes a method of controlling the blowout preventer environment, selecting a suitable rubber material, preventing the formation of hydrates, reducing equipment design and maintenance costs, and extending its useful life.
