硫磺回收装置烟气中SO_2的主要来源是液硫脱气尾气和净化尾气,排放限值为≤100mg/m~3(特别限值地区),需通过操作优化和技术改造才能满足尾气达标排放。惠州石化1号硫磺回收装置烟气SO_2原始排放浓度为400mg/m~3,2014年将液硫脱气尾气由入焚烧炉改入制硫炉,烟气SO_2降至255mg/m~3。2016年加氢尾气选用进口高效脱硫剂,吸收塔顶净化尾气硫化物由100g/m~3降至20g/m~3,烟气SO_2浓度降至160mg/m~3(标准),提高贫液温度对吸收效果影响不大。排除液硫池废气干扰,烟气SO_2排放浓度在46~85mg/m~3(标准),低于排放限值100mg/m~3(标准)。2017年液硫池废气抽空器改型提高压力,抽气动力由蒸汽改为工业风,改入制硫炉后,将进一步减少SO_2排放约100mg/m~3。为保证硫磺烟气完全合格排放,计划于2018年增设净化尾气碱洗系统,采用气液接触面积大、接触时间短的文丘里湿式洗涤专利技术,最大限度吸收尾气中H_2S,可满足国家对于硫磺烟气SO_2排放浓度的严苛要求。
