氮是反映盐湖组成及盐湖环境的一个特征元素,全氮对于研究盐湖生物和有机地球化学具有重要意义。通过对察尔汗盐湖别勒滩区段晶间卤水全氮含量的分析,发现晶间卤水中全氮的含量相对海水、湖水等水体较高,全氮在不同钻孔不同深度上变化较大、随深度增加出现变大、变小和无变化3种变化趋势。空间上靠近涩聂湖和小别勒湖的钻孔中氮含量较低,可能与湖水补给有关。对比该地区卤水的矿化度、主要离子等指标发现,全氮受主要离子及矿化度的影响不大。同时结合盐湖晶间卤水中氨基酸的测试结果,发现全氮与氨基酸具有一定的相关性,表明在柴达木盆地别勒滩区段,全氮指标具有一定的有机地球化学指示意义。

Nitrogen content in the boreholes located spatially close to Shimla and Lake Biele was lower and may be related to lake recharge. Comparing the salinity, main ions and other indicators of the brine in this area, it is found that total nitrogen has little effect on the main ions and salinity. Combined with the test results of amino acids in brine of intercalary salt lake, it was found that there was a certain correlation between total nitrogen and amino acids, indicating that the total nitrogen index has some significance of organic geochemistry in Beilian section of Qaidam basin.
