目前公认,采用~(125)I纤维蛋白原的纤维蛋白摄取实验是检查深部静脉血栓形成的一种有用而精确的方法。如果使用~(131)I或~(125)I标记纤维蛋白原,用闪烁照像机即可获得血栓闪烁图。遗憾的是,当血栓已有数日之久时,它对放射性碘化纤维蛋白原摄取很少,因此血栓与血液的比值较低,这就难以成像,特别是在大血池区。
It is currently recognized that the fibrin uptake assay using ~ (125) I fibrinogen is a useful and accurate method for detecting deep venous thrombosis. If using ~ (131) I or ~ (125) I labeled fibrinogen, with a scintilloscope to obtain a thrombus scintigraphy. Unfortunately, when the thrombus has been for several days, it has very little uptake of radioactive iodinated fibrinogen and hence a low thrombus to blood ratio, making imaging difficult, especially in the large blood pool area.
