本文对银中杨的组培快繁技术进行了研究,结果表明,取外植体带有侧芽的茎条切段进行组织培养,以ACM为基本培养基,附加不同量的6-BA与NAA进行分化诱导,可获得丛壮无根苗;以附加NAA诱导生根可获得再生植株。该技术扩繁速率符合工厂生产的要求。
In this paper, the technique of tissue culture and propagation of Agropyron chinense was studied. The results showed that explants with lateral buds were cut and cut for tissue culture. ACM was used as basic medium with different amounts of 6-BA and NAA Differentiation induction, can get Congzhu rootless seedlings; additional NAA induced rooting can be regenerated plants. The rate of propagation of this technology conforms to the requirements of the factory.
