经济型数控车床大多是开环控制,每当刀具磨损或损坏时,需重新寻找刀具的起始点,这对提高生产效率有着很大影响。现介绍两种简易快速对刀法: 一、可调模块对刀法制作一可调对刀模块,用以调对新装刀具的起始点,(内、外圆刀均适用)见图a、图b。具体方法是:先将可调对刀模块固定在刀架上,使其A面及B面与刀架靠紧,拧紧固定螺钉5。再把刀具装上,使调对的刀尖与刀模重合,拧紧刀架上的固紧螺钉,然后将对刀模块卸下,就可编制程序加工零件。每次只需2～3分钟。
