患者女，59岁。因右乳癌术后5年双肺转移于lop年11月18日收住我科。5年前病理诊断为浸润性导管癌，术后曾化疗7周期（用药不详），局部放疗6周。近期在外院使用过PDD＋EPI化疗2周期。此次在完善各项检查后，确定用N’VB50mpl．5／W静脉注射。即11月26日、30日分别应用NVB50mg，
The female patient is 59 years old. Because of the right lung cancer after 5 years of lung metastasis in the lop on November 18 to receive our department. 5 years ago pathological diagnosis of invasive ductal carcinoma, postoperative chemotherapy had 7 cycles (drugs are unknown), local radiotherapy for 6 weeks. Recently used PDD+EPI chemotherapy 2 cycles in the external hospital. After completing various checks this time, it was determined to use N’VB50mpl. 5/W intravenously. That is, NVB 50mg was applied on November 26th and 30th respectively.
