减速机漏油,不外乎是减速机上下两半体的结合缝处、轴承压紧凸缘与机壳的结合缝处和减速机的伸出轴头处等。前两种地方漏油比较容易处理,只要在减速机装配组立时注意,安得好些,漏油现象便可杜绝。唯有后一种漏油现象较难处理,因为一般多是用毡圈密封,如果将毡圈压的过紧则会使轴及凸缘发热,毡圈很快地被磨损,况且即使解决了漏油问题也只是暂时的,经一段时间之后,由于摩擦的作用会很快变松而失去密封作用;如果毡圈不压紧,那显然就更无济于事了。我公司某钢铁厂的料罐卷扬机减速机的慢速轴轴封处,过去常年漏油(见图1),经过改进后,现已解决,今将其解决的办法介绍如下,供大家参考。
