在基于PC总线的激光加工CNC系统中,研究了激光切割静态、动态显示方法以及图形校验功能。编程人员可以通过加工零件的静态图形显示纠正编程错误和工艺上不合理的地方;通过图形校验功能可以自动求出零件轮廓是否经过了顶针保护区,在避开顶针保护区的情况下,可以在编程人员的授意下自动修改NC代码;操作人员可以通过动态图形显示来监控加工过程和中止不合理的加工过程。该系统按功能模块用C语言开发,已成功地用于激光切割系统中。
In the PC-based laser processing CNC system, the laser cutting static and dynamic display methods and graphics verification functions are studied. Programmers can process the static part of the graphic display to correct programming errors and unreasonable parts of the process; through the graphical verification feature can automatically find out parts of the thimble protection zone, in the case of the thimble protection zone can be avoided The NC code is automatically modified at the discretion of the programmer; the operator can monitor the machining process and suspend the unreasonable machining process through the dynamic graphic display. The system by functional module with C language development, has been successfully used in laser cutting system.
