日前,中建二局自主研发的“多连体隔震支座高精度整体安装技术”成功破解了大型建筑隔震抗震施工技术难题。该技术借助柔性隔震层吸收和耗散地震能量,有效降低地震波对大型建筑主体结构的破坏力,通过“隔离地震”保障建筑物安全。该技术可使地震作用下结构反应力仅相当于普通建筑的1/4-1/8(强震观测结果可达1/2-1/16),对于8度及以上抗震设防区的大型建筑,应用该技术可降低地震烈度2度,明显提高建筑安全性,保证生命财产安全。试点项目—成都博
