本文以扫描电镜(附X射线波长谱仪和能谱仪)为主要工具,对用Al脱氧的30MnNiMoCu铸钢无光泽小棱面断口进行了研究,发现AlN沿柱状晶界在枝晶间析出是产生此类断口的主要原因。本文还着重探讨了AlN的固溶和析出规律,以及不同Al和Ti加入量与AlN析出之间的定量关系。
In this paper, scanning electron microscopy (with X-ray wavelength spectrometer and energy dispersive spectrometer) as the main tool, with Al deoxidation of 30MnNiMoCu cast steel matte small face fracture was studied and found that AlN along the columnar grain boundaries in the dendrite precipitation is The main reason for such a fracture. This article also focuses on the solid solution and precipitation rules of AlN, as well as the quantitative relationship between the amounts of Al and Ti added and AlN precipitation.
