水稻精确定量栽培技术是依叶龄进程为主线把水稻生育进程与器官建成诊断定量化,按高产形成规律把群体质量及其动态指标定量化,依据调控措施定量的原理和方法把栽培技术指标全程定量化,能显著提高水稻种植效益,达到“高产、优质、高效、生态、安全”之目的栽培技术。在南京农业大学、云南省农业科学院粮食作物研究所、昆明市植保植检站的大力支持下,东川区于2008年进行了水稻精确定量栽培技术试验,取得较好成效,并于2009～2010年在全区开展了示范推广工作。
