English teachers to assess the quality of literacy content and ways Lin Dunlai: Before discussing how to train the teacher’s evaluation of literacy, we first explore what difficulties teachers have in assessing literacy. Before I took office, let me tell you one of my surveys. In 2012, I surveyed the opening of the Language Testing and Evaluation Courses at National Taiwan Normal University through web pages and emails.
