试验表明,以黄瓜幼苗的生长点为外植体时,一定浓度的NAA和KT配比使用为黄瓜试管成花所必需。在MS培养基中附加0.1毫升/升或0.5毫升/升NAA的情况下,KT在1.0~2.5毫克/升范围内与花芽形成率和开花率成正相关,与愈伤化成负相关;而在添加1.0~2.5毫克/升KT的情况下,0.5毫克/升的NAA较0.1毫克/升NAA有更强的愈伤化和促进茎生长的作用。在添加0.5毫克/升和2.5毫克/升KT的情况下,黄瓜花芽形成率和开花率最高,分别达44.4%和33.3%。
Experiments show that the growth point of cucumber seedlings as explants, a certain concentration of NAA and KT ratio required for the cucumber tube into flowers.
