采用放射免疫法对64例感染新生儿尿β_2微球蛋白(β_2M)、白蛋白(Alb)和免疫球蛋白(IgG)的检测,并与正常新生几和非感染新生儿的检测结果作比较,随访观察15例感染新生儿尿β_2M的变化,结果表明感染新生儿尿β_2M、Alb和IgG均明显增高,提示新生儿感染时肾小球和肾小管功能均受损,感染新生儿受损的肾功能在感染控制后可随之恢复。检测新生儿尿β_2M、Alb和IgG可同时观察肾小球肾小管功能和肾小球功能受损程度,具有取材方便、无损伤、结果特异可靠的优点,很适于对新生儿肾功能的观察。
