领导-成员交换理论(leader-member exchange theory,简称LMX)是组织行为学中关于领导和成员之间关系的理论。本文梳理了LMX理论的概念,总结LMX理论的测量工具以及其弊端,并预测其改进趋势。
Leader - member exchange theory (LMX) is the theory of organizational behavior in relation to the relationship between leaders and members. This paper combs the concept of LMX theory, summarizes the measurement tools of LMX theory and its disadvantages, and forecasts its improvement trend.
