近几年来随着我国高校的不断扩招和高中教育的普及,技工学校的生源质量逐年下降,学生厌学、中途弃学的现象比比皆是。常常会有教师反映教学强度大,付出的多,但收效却甚少。笔者作为一名多年从事技校财会专业教学的教师,就如何激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学质量等问题,谈谈自己的看法。一、技校财会专业教学现状(一)生源素质低,水平参差不齐,学习目的性差技校生源质量参差不齐,绝大多数是考不上高中和学习
