恶性间皮瘤在我国的发病率较低,但在西欧某些工业发达国家则远较我国为高。据统计在不接触或少量接触石棉的一般人群中其发病率为百万分之一,另有报道从事石棉绝缘体制造的造船厂工人和石棉厂工人的发病率可增高20倍。本院外科自1963～1989年共收治腹膜恶性间皮瘤49例,就其病因、临床表现、诊断治疗及预后分析并结合文献进行讨论。
The incidence of malignant mesothelioma in our country is relatively low, but it is much higher in some industrialized countries in Western Europe than in our country. According to statistics, the incidence rate is one in a million in the general population without contact or small amounts of asbestos exposure. It is also reported that the incidence of shipyard workers and asbestos workers who are engaged in the manufacture of asbestos insulators can increase the incidence by 20 times. In our hospital, 49 cases of malignant mesothelioma of the peritoneum were treated from 1963 to 1989. The etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment, and prognosis analysis were combined with the literature.
