传统的形态学评估是目前国内外筛选胚胎最常用的方法,但是不能正确反映卵子/胚胎的质量及其发育潜能。代谢组学是20世纪90年代发展起来的一门新兴学科,是对生物体内小分子代谢产物进行定性和定量分析,从而得到生物体代谢水平的整体变化的结果。目前代谢组学在辅助生殖技术中的应用前景备受关注。本文综述了代谢组学的概念及其常用技术,回顾和展望了代谢组学在辅助生殖技术中的应用。
Traditional morphological assessment is the most commonly used method for screening embryos at home and abroad, but it can not correctly reflect the quality of eggs / embryos and their developmental potential. Metabolomics, a new discipline developed in the 1990s, is a result of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of small-molecule metabolites in the organism and thus the overall changes in the metabolic level of the organism. At present, the prospect of metabolomics in assisted reproductive technology has drawn much attention. This article reviews the concept of metabonomics and its commonly used techniques, and reviews and prospects the application of metabonomics in assisted reproductive technology.
