采用 GTO 晶闸管的自励式、电压型逆变器的静止无功补偿装置,不使用电力电容器、电抗器等设备,而是利用电力电子技术通过逆变器发生和控制无功功率。可大大缩小装置尺寸,缩短安装时间,降低总的费用。本文主要介绍该装置的工作原理,大功率逆变器的主电路结构、所要求的高电压 GTO 晶闸管以及基本控制方式等。并讨论了该系统的特性和经济效益,通过计算机模拟和波形图显示了该系统的操作特性。
Instead of using capacitors such as power capacitors and reactors, static var compensators using GTO thyristor’s self-excitation, voltage-fed inverters generate and control reactive power via inverters using power electronics. Can greatly reduce the size of the device, shorten the installation time, reduce the total cost. This article describes the working principle of the device, the main circuit structure of high-power inverter, the required high-voltage GTO thyristor and the basic control methods. The characteristics and economic benefits of the system are discussed. The operating characteristics of the system are shown by computer simulation and waveform diagrams.
