为了提高实践教学技能,确定了高职水土保持专业实践教学目标,将高职水土保持专业实践教学体系分为“三级”:单项实训,使学生的基础操作技能得到有效提高;综合实训,全面提高学生综合能力;顶岗实习,有效推进工学结合,培养高技能人才。同时从实践教学制度、校企合作、教学团队、实验实训条件和实践教学资源等方面探索了实施该体系的保障机制。实践表明,该体系有利于提高学生的实践技能,增强就业竞争力。
In order to improve the practical teaching skills, the practical teaching objectives of soil and water conservation specialty for higher vocational education have been determined. The practice teaching system of soil and water conservation specialty for higher vocational education is divided into “three levels ”: single training to improve the students’ basic operation skills effectively; Training, comprehensively improve the overall ability of students; internships, effectively promote the combination of work and training of highly skilled personnel. At the same time, it explores the implementation of the system from the aspects of practical teaching system, school-enterprise cooperation, teaching team, experimental training conditions and practical teaching resources. Practice shows that the system is conducive to improving students’ practical skills and enhancing their employability.
