两种典型的Internet用户连接方式都各有不足之处。利用电话系统的拨号连接方式虽然费用低廉 ,但是线路上的传输速率太慢 ,不能满足大容量快速传输的需要 ;租用专线的连接方式 ,虽然线路上的传输速率可达几十Mb /s,但是租线费用太高 ,个体用户或小型网络用户往往望尘莫及。本文介绍一种新的连接方式 ,利用卫星链路下载Internet信息。这种连接方式不仅下载速率非常高 ,而且费用也很合理 ,个体用户和小型网络用户都能负担得起 ,这种新型的连接方式无疑必将成为Inter net用户连接的未来发展趋势之一。
Two typical Internet user connections have their own weaknesses.
