近年来,经济犯罪涉案金额平均都在800亿元以上,约占每年全国国内生产总值的1％以上,为普通刑事犯罪中360多万起侵财案件涉案价值的3倍多。
In recent years, the average amount involved in economic crimes is more than 80 billion yuan, accounting for more than 1% of the national GDP each year. This is more than three times of the value involved in the case of over 3.6 million infringement cases in ordinary criminal offenses.
