АНЩ型掩护支架机组是综合机械化开采急倾斜煤层的主要设备。但是近几年其技术经济指标呈现出下降的趋势。这种下降的主要原因之一是成批生产的机组在复杂的地质条件下与它们的使用范围不相适应。成批生产的机组按其结构特性,在围岩不低于中等稳定的煤层中是可以正常生产的,而现在约有50%的机组用在围岩不稳定的煤层中,因而导致消耗大量的(达60%)辅助作业时间。根据试验研究结果证明,仅在顿巴斯矿区中心区的阿尔捷姆、泽尔任斯克、奥尔宗尼启泽煤炭联合企业的几个矿井于1995年以前准备142个围岩不稳定的煤层。顿巴斯中心区准备水平以上的这些煤层的工业储量约为1850万吨。
АНЩ type shield support unit is a comprehensive mechanized mining steep seam main equipment. However, its technical and economic indicators have shown a downward trend in recent years. One of the main reasons for this decline is that units produced in batches are not compatible with their range of use under complex geological conditions. Mass production units are normally produced in structurally stable coal seams with no less than moderately stable rock mass, and about 50% of the existing units are now used in unstable coal seams, resulting in a large amount of (Up to 60%) Auxiliary operation time. According to the experimental results, it is proved that only several coal mines at the Altem, Zell am See and Orsuni Qizhe coal conglomerates in the central area of the Donbass Mine prepared 142 unstable coal beds by 1995 . The reserves of these seams above the readiness level in the center of Donbass are about 18.5 million tonnes.
