锅炉停炉后,一般要求煤粉仓走空,大修停炉还要求进行铲仓。但是,锅炉停炉前粉仓粉位只能降低到一定程度(我厂规定为4米),如果继续降低就会出现来粉不匀,以后还会出现部份火咀突然失粉而影响锅炉安全运行。为此,一般采用投油枪来解决稳燃和稳定出力问题。我厂220吨/时高压煤粉炉进行一次铲仓,大约要耗油400吨左右;400吨/时再热锅炉则要耗油700吨左右。为压缩这部份用油,今年我厂通过试验,采用正压送风、负压抽粉的办法,即所谓推挽式抽粉法来解决停炉前粉仓走空和铲仓不燃油的问题。
