本文除试管婴儿外,就其他方面的研究,简述如下。关于促性腺激素的二细胞学说:促性腺激素(GH)与细胞膜上的促性腺激素受体相结合,将腺苷酸环化酶活化,使ATP产生cAMP而发挥促性腺激素的作用。但FSH和LH均通过cAMP起作用,为什么二者的作用却不同呢?最近提出了“二细胞,二促性腺激素”学说来解释此问题。FSH受体主要存在于颗粒膜细胞,LH受体主要存在于荚膜细胞、间质细胞、黄体细胞。如颗粒膜细胞受到FSH的前处置,也可以出现LH受体。LH促进甾体激素的产生,主要是增加胆固醇的侧链裂解酶的活性;而FSH是使芳香化酶活化。荚膜细胞的芳香化酶活性非常低,在促性腺激素的作用下只能产生雄激
