通过挖潜、革新、改造,使老企业较快地形成新的生产能力,这是加速现代化的一条重要途径。因此改建扩建技术显得日益重要,在改建扩建工程中经常需要解体一些旧有建筑物,在解体过程中要求控制各种有害效应,这是解体技术所要解决的问题。解体技术取决于解体对象、解体目的和解体物所处的环境。建筑物的解体要求不同,解体方法也就多种多样,继手工工具解体法、机械解体法之后出现的解体方法,大致可归纳为爆破法体系、切割法体系和膨胀法体系三大类。解体方法的选择有单因素比较法,双因素比较法和多因素比较法之分,其中以多因素比较法最为复杂,它要考虑主要因素和次要因素之间的关系,因此单一的解体方法有时并不能取得最佳效果,在实际工作中经常采用的是综合的解体方法,即以一种方法为主,其它方法为辅,或并列使用几种方法,来达到最佳的技术经济效果。解体技术中的防护技术和解体物的再利用问题,都是在解体对策中需要研究的重要问题,今后尚须深入地开展这些方面的研究,系统地总结实践经验,使解体方法更加系统、先进和合理。

The protection technology and the reutilization of dismantling objects in dismantling technology are all important issues that need to be studied in the disintegration strategy. It is necessary to further carry out research in these areas in the future, systematically summarize practical experience, and make the disintegration method more systematic and advanced.
