集体授课制作为我国教育教学的主要模式,班级成为教学活动开展的基础。在教学中,每一学生都是独立的个体,其在认知水平、接受能力等方面都存在着明显的差异。在新课程理念的指导下,高中数学课堂教学,需要注重对学生进行分析,根据学生的个性差异安排教学,促使学生得到全面发展。在多年高中数学教学中,我们发现,分层教学可以在学生差异的基础上进行全面教育,以此提高教学质量。
Collective teaching system as the main mode of education in our country, the class has become the basis for teaching activities. In teaching, each student is an independent individual, which has obvious differences in cognitive level and acceptability. Under the guidance of the new curriculum concept, the high school mathematics classroom teaching needs to pay attention to analyzing the students, arranging the teaching according to the students ’individual differences, and promoting the students’ all-round development. In many years of high school mathematics teaching, we found that teaching in different levels can provide comprehensive education on the basis of students’ differences so as to improve teaching quality.
