帮助教师过幸福的职业生活是新课改深入进行的一个美好的话题。确实,要让学生在新课改实施中的学习生活愉快,就必须使教师首先过上愉快的、幸福的职业生活。而教师的幸福职业生活,主要依赖于教师能从教育教学工作中真正体验到成功及快乐。教育教学能力强的教师,在职业生活中较容易获得快乐、幸福感。而那些教育教学能力相对较弱的教师,在教育教学中经常伴随着挫败感,因而很少获得成功感,也就不容易过上幸福的职业生活。这些教师如果长期得不到学校的关心和帮助,就很难有较好的发展,从而在学校里形成弱势教师群体。
