中职计算机专业教师通常以青年教师为主,而青年教师是学校发展的主力军,探索与实践行之有效的教师研训方式是促进教师发展的重要手段。基于生物学中的“蚁群效应”原理,结合计算机青年教师团队建设的实践经验,对中职青年教师研训的组织架构、有效策略和评价机制进行了分析,核心做法是“教研组织由单人作战变为群团联合”“研训方式由单向传授变为合作互动”“教师评价由单一量化变为多维优化”。
Secondary vocational school teachers are usually mainly young teachers, and young teachers are the main force in school development. To explore and practice effective teacher training methods is an important means to promote the development of teachers.
