研究了大鼠第三脑室注射白细胞介素2(Interleukin2,IL-2)对脾淋巴细胞增殖功能的影响。结果显示,第三脑室注射IL-2可引起脾淋巴细胞对植物血凝素刺激引起的增殖作用的增强,同时还引起脾交感神经活动的抑制。IL-2的这些作用均可被阿片受体阻断剂纳洛酮阻断。实验还发现,电刺激脾神经可以引起脾淋巴细胞增殖功能的抑制。根据结果可以认为脑室注射IL-2可以通过阿片受体介导的途径抑制交感神经的活动,进而通过脾交感神经影响脾淋巴细胞增殖
To investigate the effect of Interleukin 2 (IL-2) injection on the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes in rat third ventricle. The results showed that the third ventricle injection of IL-2 can cause splenic lymphocyte proliferation induced by phytohemagglutinin stimulation, but also cause inhibition of spleen sympathetic nerve activity. These effects of IL-2 are both blocked by the opioid receptor blocker naloxone. Experiments also found that electrical stimulation of splenic nerve can cause inhibition of splenic lymphocyte proliferation. According to the results, intracerebroventricular injection of IL-2 can inhibit the sympathetic activity through the opioid receptor-mediated pathway and then affect splenic lymphocyte proliferation through the splenic sympathetic nerve
