研究了γ-TiAl基合金Ti-44Al-4Ta-1W-0.1C在815~925℃内的氧化行为。合金氧化增重试验、XRD和SEM分析结果表明,Ti-44Al-4Ta-1W-0.1C合金在815~925℃内氧化0~200h,由Wagner的氧化经验公式计算得氧化指数n在2~3.8,氧化激活能为213kJ/mol,氧化符合抛物线规律。试样表面形成的氧化层随氧化温度的升高及时间的延长,其厚度不断增加,与氧化动力学规律相一致。该合金经长时间氧化后,该氧化产物由Al2O3、AlTaO4和TiO2组成。
The oxidation behavior of Ti-44Al-4Ta-1W-0.1C γ-TiAl alloy at 815-925 ℃ was studied. The results of XRD and SEM analysis showed that the oxidation index n of Ti-44Al-4Ta-1W-0.1C alloy was 0-200h at 815-925 ℃ and the oxidation index n was 2-3.8 , Oxidation activation energy of 213kJ / mol, oxidation parabolic law. The oxide layer formed on the surface of the sample increases with the increase of the oxidation temperature and the extension of time. The thickness of the oxide layer increases continuously, consistent with the oxidation kinetics. After the alloy is oxidized for a long time, the oxidation product consists of Al2O3, AlTaO4 and TiO2.
