一、构造及特点为保证塔式起重机在使用中的安全,必须设置力矩限制器。机械式力矩限制器较电子式力矩限制器具有结构简单、工作可靠、造价低廉等特点,因而得到广泛的应用。我国引进的SIMMA、POTAIN等国外塔机均采用机械式力矩限制器。通过消化、试制和使用,我们认为,在小车变幅的塔式起重机上采用弹性钢板式力矩限制器是目前较为理想的方案。其使用前提是起重特性曲线的确定以控制塔顶的A—A截面主弦杆的应力为常量。
First, the structure and characteristics In order to ensure the safety of the tower crane in use, you must set the torque limiter. Compared with electronic torque limiters, mechanical torque limiters have the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and low cost, and thus are widely used. China imported SIMMA, POTAIN and other foreign tower cranes use mechanical torque limiters. Through digestion, trial production, and use, we believe that the use of flexible steel torque limiters on trolley crane luffing tower cranes is currently the ideal solution. The premise of use is that the lifting characteristic curve is determined to control the stress of the main chord of the A-A section of the tower top as a constant.
