建立了更加符合筒形件实际强旋过程的有限元模型, 对筒形件反旋过程进行了三维刚塑性有限元数值模拟。获得了筒形件反旋变形时的应力和应变速率分布, 解释了反旋时的胀径、缩径及母线偏转和隆起等问题, 求得了反旋过程中旋压力的变化, 其结果与实测结果吻合较好
A finite element model that is more in line with the actual strong rotation of the cylindrical part is established. The three-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element numerical simulation of the reverse rotation of the cylindrical part is carried out. The distribution of stress and strain rate in the anti-spin deformation of the cylindrical part was obtained. The problems such as expansion diameter, diameter reduction and generatrix deflection and bump in the anti-rotation were explained. The change of the spinning pressure in the anti-spin was obtained. The result is in good agreement
