“2000年人人享有卫生保健”是我国政府向世界卫生组织作出的承诺，我市在实施初级卫生保健中以健康教育为龙头，把学校健康教育作为健康教育的基础来抓，为充分评估我市在PHC中学校健康教育效果，进一步制订和完善计划与措施，于1997年10～12月对我市初保合格乡镇的小学生健康
