Due to the long construction period of water conservancy and hydropower projects, labor costs and mechanical expenses often encounter price adjustments caused by the changes in policies, decrees and regulations of the state and local governments. Due to the inconsistency between supply and demand, the prices of materials often change. Taking the example of the transfer of Ⅰ standard materials in the Bridge of Miyi County, this paper expounds the practical problems encountered in the material transfer process, analyzes the controversial clauses that should be noticed in the contracts, and makes it easy to continuously improve the contract in future contract negotiations. Try to avoid and reduce disputes in the execution of the contract.
