张元济的人力资源管理思想对商务印书馆的成功发挥了不可磨灭的作用。文章从人才选用、薪酬待遇、员工培训发展和组织文化建设四个方面总结、分析了张元济在商务印书馆的人力资源管理思想,并提出构建包容文化氛围、实现人力资源优胜劣汰、杜绝裙带关系、重视员工培训与发展、建设企业组织文化五个方面,这对我国当今出版企业具有启发意义。
Zhang Yuanji’s human resource management thought played an indelible role in the success of the Commercial Press. The article summarizes the human resource management ideas of Zhang Yuanji at Commercial Press from four aspects: personnel selection, salary treatment, employee training and organizational culture construction, and analyzes the human resources management thought of Zhang Yuanji in the Commercial Press, and proposes to construct an inclusive cultural atmosphere to realize the survival of the fittest of the human resources and eliminate the relationship between the nepotism and the belt. Staff training and development, and building enterprise organizational culture in five aspects, which have enlightening significance for our current publishing enterprises.
