摩擦磨损试验结果表明,含钆元素的稀土化合物二烷基二硫代磷酸钆(GdDDP)与有机硼酸酯(OB)具有优异的协合润滑作用。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和俄歇电子能谱仪(AES)研究了协合润滑机理。结果表明,这种协合润滑作用是由于在摩擦表面生成一层含有Gd、B、S和P等元素的表面保护膜;同时在摩擦亚表面形成了Gd-B摩擦共渗层,且钆元素对硼元素的渗透具有“摩擦催渗”作用,使渗层硼含量增加,从而提高材料表面硬度而使耐磨性能改善。
The friction and wear test results show that gadolinium dialkyl dithiophosphate (GdDDP) containing gadolinium element has excellent synergistic lubrication with organic boronic ester (OB). The synergistic lubrication mechanism was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES).
